This license is for selling prints and other commercial use of Gridfium models.

This license does not apply automatically.

You need an active Ultimate subscription. Until then, the Personal Use License applies — including its ban on selling prints.

What this is for

If you want to sell physical prints, print for clients, or include Gridfium in a product you sell, you need this Commercial License.

This license comes with an active Ultimate subscription. If you have not purchased an Ultimate subscription, or your subscription has expired without renewal, this license does not apply.

In short

Sell physical prints of Gridfium models
Print for paying customers
List prints on your shop or a marketplace

Sell prints after your Ultimate subscription expires without renewal

1. Grant

While your Ultimate subscription is active, Parametricum grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to produce and sell physical prints of Gridfium models.

The license covers one person or one business entity on the account with an active Ultimate subscription. A second shop, brand, or company needs its own Ultimate subscription.

2. Physical prints

While your Ultimate subscription is active, you may:

Make and sell physical objects from Gridfium models, including modest production tweaks (slicer settings, material, color, inserts, finishing).
Sell those objects on your own site, at markets, and on third-party marketplaces.
Print Gridfium models as part of a paid product or service (for example a custom drawer fit for a client).

3. Digital files

You may not sell, share, host, or sublicense the digital files, including remixes and converted formats. You may send a file to a print service only to produce your own commercial prints — not to give the service a reusable copy.

4. Credit and branding

Credit Gridfium in product listings and public photos where practical. Do not remove Gridfium marks from the models or present Gridfium designs as your own work. The Gridfium and Parametricum names do not imply endorsement.

5. Term

Commercial rights last only while your Ultimate subscription is active. When your Ultimate subscription ends — you cancel, it expires, payment fails, or your account no longer has an active Ultimate subscription — commercial rights end immediately.

After your Ultimate subscription ends, you must stop selling prints and stop all other commercial use. You may keep already-downloaded files for personal use only, under the Personal Use License.

Prints you already sold may stay with your customers. You may not make or sell new commercial prints after your Ultimate subscription ends.

6. Everything else

Parametricum keeps ownership of the models. The license is provided as-is, without warranty, and may be revoked for breach.
